Green Gardens & Garden Roofs
Many people are working in their gardens this time of year. They’re prepping and planting. Hoping for a summer filled with fresh fruits and vegetables. Most people meticulously tend their gardens. Gardeners are dedicated people proud of their efforts. We have a thing or two in common with gardeners. My team has had the pleasure of building some amazing garden roofs for businesses striving to provide their employees with a serene place to relax and reflect. If your company has a space you would like to convert to a garden roofing system, give us a call. We’ll present our work and provide options for your space.

Rooftops...Work, Home, and the Cubs.
This stretch of warmer weather is a good time to check out your roof. If you can safely access the roof for an inspection, now is a good time to do so (if you would rather our crew do it, call us). Same for your home, most of us have not been on our roof since fall. We should all inspect the gutters, roof curbs flashing, roof vents, chimney flashings, and even the masonry or siding in the spring and again in the fall. Make sure the sealant that has been applied along all roof transition details have not cracked, and make sure you remove all debris from your roof and gutter assembly. Speaking of rooftops...the Cubs opener is April 12 - Go Cubs!

Two of my Favorite Things -- Football and Roofing.
Congrats New Orleans Saints Super Bowl Champions! What a great team effort. I’m a huge football fan. In fact, so is nearly everyone in my company. Football terms are the coolest – goal line stand, encroachment, play action pass, flea flicker; I love ‘em. I like to think a couple relate to my business namely Cover 2 Defense and Prevent Defense.
Your roof protects everything your business depends on…talented people, vital equipment, and valuable inventory. Play to our strength. Sullivan Roofing excels in all areas of roofing… maintenance, repair, re-roofing, and, of course, new construction. Our all-pro team is 100+ strong. We’ve covered over 85 million square feet. We’ve covered roofs you’ve likely been under including the Sears Centre Arena, Cabela’s, O’Hare and Midway projects, Brookfield Zoo Great Wild North Exhibit, and hundreds more.
Add our team to your roster. We’ll partner with you and your people to ensure your roof system is top notch. Regular inspections and preventative maintenance is the key to a sound roof system. Small issues such as loose flashing can lead to huge problems if untreated. Moisture will creep in under the system and begin to threaten the structural integrity of your roof. Routine inspections and maintenance will identify and fix small problems before they become bigger, expensive issues. Reach out to anyone on our team…we are here to help.
Go Bears! How many days until mini-camp?

Tim…that game was awesome! I’m gonna miss football in the offseason. I didn’t know your company was involved in the Brookfield Zoo project; I’ll check it out on my next visit.
